New hope guardian of national sovereignty
A total of 568 juvenile officers (Paja) graduates in 2024 were welcomed by the chief of staff of the army (Kasad), General Tni Maruli Simanjuntak, M.Sc. in the army headquarters (Mabesad ), Jakarta. These are 417 graduates from the Military Academy (AKMIL), 141 graduates from the School of Career Officers (SEPA PK) and 10 graduates of short -term voluntary soldiers (PSDP).
This event took place after the inauguration of Prasetya Perwira (Praspa). Praspa Akmil took place at the Merdeka Palace with President Joko Widodo's IRUP on July 16, 2024, while Praspa PA PK TNI and PSDP in the TNI headquarters with the IPUS of the TNI AGUS SUB -SUVEO SUB -SUV on July 22 2024.
General Kasad Maruli stressed that the tradition of receiving the TNI Ad Paja was part of the training aimed at promoting solidarity, pride, honor, combative spirit and to shape the identity of soldiers. Young officers must have a sense of belonging and responsibility for the good reputation of the Indonesian army. “Develop insight and knowledge and arouse enthusiasm for work and service in all TNI AD units,” said General Maruli.
Kasad also advised the young generation of the Indonesian army to join three things in terms of leadership: master the main tasks and understand the objectives to be achieved, understand the capacities and limits of unity and self -capacity -Mend, and understand the aspects of humanism to promote sensitivity, solidarity and responsibility.
