The Ministry of Public Works (Public Works) is about the fate of the National Strategic Project (PSN) of the 7th Presidential Indonesian Route Joko Widodo (Jokowi). Currently, the work of projects that have been managed continues.
Formerly PSN Toll Roads of the Jokowi era has penetrated up to more than 30 projects. But in the current era of President Prabowo suffered, there are only four toll roads, including the Serang-Panimbang toll road, the Proboling-Banyuwangi toll road, the Patimban Port Access toll and the Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS).
The director of the Bina Marga General Directorate of the Department of Public Works, Wilan Oktavian, currently said the development process and the acquisition of land for the PSN of the Jokowi era toll road is still underway.

“I do not yet know (the status is revoked or not). Because as far as we know, I have not yet removed it. So, which the status did not yet know,” Wilan, at the office of the Ministry of Public Works, Jakarta, Wednesday (3/3/2025).
Wilan explained that one of the indicators of the Toll Road project entered as PSN was that the acquisition of land was funded by the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN). While so far, LMAN continues the process.
“PSN, if on the toll road, one of the indicators is the discussion of the field by LMAN. Later, if the element stops, yes, it is indeed unplugged. But now there is no, there is no order. Especially by going,” he explained.
He also gave an example with the Jogja Bawean Toll Road project which was not included in the ranks of the PSN in the presidential regulations (perpres) No. 12 of 2025, but so far, the process of land acquisition has continued. The Bekasi Cawang-Kampung Melayu (Beakayu) toll road is also the case.
Although it is not included in the PSN ranks of the Prabowo era, the land acquisition process for section 2B lasts Jaya-Tambun continues. The 5.9 Billion RP value project was also declared to have stopped after the riot of budgetary efficiency.
“If it is temporary because the source of funding is from pure Roupie. Pure Roupie is still not there, so that this has temporarily held the construction. But if the management of the Director General (Roy Rizali Anwar) is still continuous, we will find other sources of funds. Perhaps it can,” he said.
On the other hand, he did not know with certainty either if there had been an official announcement of the revocation of these projects from the position of the PSN. But in fact, in the new PSN rules, it is not written that the old PSN has been revoked and not continued.
For more information, President Prabowo Suubianto has established 77 projects and programs as PSN for the period 2025-2029. This figure is much lower than the Jokowi PSN era listed in the regulations of the Minister for the Coordination of Economic Affairs (Permenko) no. 12 of 2024.
In Perpres 12/2025, it is explained that the list of projects is an indicative list which can be modified / added according to an assessment of the predetermined PSN and transport. This step is also based on an assessment of new projects which meet the criteria in accordance with applicable regulations.
