Imran Khan questions the transfer of IHC three judges before SC

Lahore-The founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf (PTI) and the former Prime Minister Imran Khan challenged the transfer of three judges from the High Court of Islamabad (CIH) on Thursday before the Supreme Court.

Imran Khan through his constitutional petition before the Supreme Court and appointed the federal government, the registrars of the senior courts of Lahore, Sindh, Balutchistan and Islamabad as respondents.

The petitioner argued that the existing judges of the High Court of Islamabad were intended for reprisals because they had raised their voice against interference and decided on affairs against Imran Khan to merit.

He argued that a judge had been appointed acting chief without taking an oath, affirming that such actions aim to undermine judicial independence.

The PTI asked the court to cancel the transfer of the three judges, to ensure transparency in the light of the Al-Jehad Trust case and to declare that article 200 can only be exercised by the detailed consultation.

Earlier, Imran Khan had ordered his party to launch a vigorous movement after the sacred month of Ramadan.

Imran Khan awarded two key leaders to establish contacts with the opposition and declared that his open letters highlight the facts that the establishment should consider.

The message of the founders of the PTI was revealed by his lawyer Faisal Chaudhry which was addressed to the media outside the Adiala prison on Saturday.

Faisal Chaudhry said Imran Khan had instructed Asad Qaiser and Umar Ayub to lead the movement and get involved with the opposition parties. He stressed that open letters contain facts that the establishment must take into account.

In addition, Sanaullah Masti Khel was included in the Ptis political committee. Faisal Chaudhry also mentioned that an audience had taken place on Saturday (today) in the GHQ case which he described as part of a series of false cases against Imran Khan. He stressed that those who left the PTI did not face any May 9 and that government witnesses were presented again today. He said that a controlled trial was underway inside Adiala prison.

Faisal Chaudhry revealed that lawyers and journalists are selectively allowed in the courtroom. PTI filed a request before the High Court of Islamabad requiring an open trial. He reiterated that Imran Khans three letters are open and intended for everyone, stressing the need to limit the growing wave of terrorism, while highlighting the abolition of judicials. He recalled that the Supreme Court had declared its Imran Khans arrest as kidnapping.

He also criticized the judicial interference, declaring that independent judges do not make controversial remarks. Referring to May 9, he insisted that a judicial commission investigates the events, reiterating the position of Ptis that it was an operation of false flag. He also declared that PTI was asking for justice under the Constitution and the Act, but does not agree with the Supreme remarks on the military courts.

Chaudhry quoted Imran Khans saying that the members of the PTI were targeted and that their fundamental rights violated, qualifying human rights violations in Pakistana directly a direct dispute of the rule of law.

He also criticized the limitation of the media and judicial independence, asked how much foreign investment could be expected when the internet restrictions persist and said that Pakistan had undergone an economic loss of $ 45 billion since the withdrawal of the PTIS.

Imran Khan also accused the current government of being formed by electoral rigging, declaring that it had been established on the shoulders of form 47.
