Prabowo inaugurates the Batang Industopolis Kek, promises a job

Jakarta –

President PRABOWO SUBIANTO Inaugurated the Special Economic Zone (KEK) of the Batang industry in the center of Java today. Prabowo said Kek Batang would increase investments and create jobs for the inhabitants of Indonesia.

The inauguration ceremony attended by the president of the National Economic Council (DEN) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Minister of Coordination of the Economy of Airlangga Hartarto, Coordinate of the infrastructure and regional development of Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), Minister of Invest, Minister of ESDM / BPN Nusron Wahid, Minister Yassierli, Minister of Population and Family Development of Wihaji, the Minister of Tourism Widiyanti Putri Wardhana and the central governor of Java Ahmad Lutfi.

“So, today, I have a great honor which can inaugurate this field as one of our great efforts to carry out national development by industrialization, downstream. Prosperity can only be obtained by hard work, by strong determination, strict leadership, cooperation of all parties, by collaboration,” said Prabowo in his remarks during the Batang Industro -Java event, Thursday (3/2025).

Prabowo said the government continued to attract investments from abroad to RI. This stage, according to him, will produce downstream until the opening of employment for the inhabitants of Indonesia.

“We see that the plans in the future are very promising. Tens of thousands of jobs will be made, even I will only run a planning meeting in the Red and White Cabinet, the investments that we will make this year will be downstream so that added value, all our raw materials can be appreciated by our people.

Prabowo also raised the project which was inaugurated contributed from the previous presidents. He expressed his gratitude to the 7th Indonesian president Joko Widodo.
