Donald Trump says Tesla Vandals could serve 20 years in El Salvador prison

President Donald Trump suggested that people who are guilty of vandalization of Tesla vehicles and facilities could incur up to 20 years in prison and potentially be sent to a notorious prison in El Salvador. This occurs after the Ministry of Justice accused three people of using Molotov cocktails to attack the properties of Tesla, would have been linked to the #Teslatakedown movement.

Some have even published stickers on their Tesla vehicles who read: “I bought it before Elon went crazy.”

Trump was a vocal supporter of Elon Musk and Tesla, even going so far as to promote the business and encourage investments in his actions. Tesla has experienced a 50% drop in the stock market since last year. Trump even bought a new vehicle from the brand and said it would show the same support for any other American company or company.
