PIEDMC decides to establish its own 32 megawatt network station in Quaid-e-AzamBusinessPark
The management of Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) decided to establish its own 32-megawatt network station in the Quaid-e-Azam business park to meet the initial needs of industrial units in settle in this park.
The inauguration ceremony of the QABP will be held this month and it should be noted that Prime Minister Imran Khan will lay his first stone.
According to sources of PIEDMC, said park has already been supplied with 1.2 megawatt electricity, so any local or foreign industrial unit can install its production unit now and there will be no shortage of electricity in this industrial park.
A source close to PIEDMC informed that the park's layout and design have been restructured to accommodate all industrial sectors instead of the textile sector alone.
Infrastructure such as roads, sewers, water supply, multi-purpose common center, underground electrical construction supply is underway and according to initial estimates Rs. 25 billion will be spent on it.
PIEDMC President Syed Nabeel Hashmi has confirmed that all arrangements for supplying electricity to the next industrial units to be installed in this park have been completed and even now the supply of electricity can be guaranteed to all industrialists local or foreigners who wish to install their unit in this park.
