Trevor Noah says President Donald Trump is like Eminem in the song “Stan” – Deadline

Trevor Noah doesn’t really like what Donald Trump is doing to protect the country during the pandemic. His Daily Social Distancing Show makes this clear.

Tonight, he compared the President of the United States to the detached narrator dealing with a disturbed fan in Stan d’Eminem, all because Trump said he did not agree with the governor’s decision. Georgia Brian Kemp will soon open some businesses in this state. “I respect him,” said Trump. “But I would wait a little longer.”

Because Kemp is a Republican and supports Trump, Noah saw this as ultimate betrayal, similar to telling Kemp to show up on a road at some point while Trump was driving a bus over him.

“That’s what you get,” said Noah. “These guys are trying so hard to suck it, so Bam!”

Noah also disputed that Trump doesn’t know the name of a scientist fired from his job who was working on a coronavirus vaccine. He thought Trump had time to watch TV, including reruns of baseball games, that he should know the man.

“If you have time to watch baseball reruns, you have time for everything,” said Noah, noting that baseball is boring even in real time. Reruns? “It’s like watching the paint dry through a PowerPoint slide.”
