COVID 19 Gehlot urges PM to set up videoconference with CMs-ANI

Jaipur (Rajasthan) [India], Aug 1 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said on Saturday he would appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to hold a video conference with the chief ministers for at least two days to hear about the coronavirus situation in different states.
Gehlot told reporters here that the government of Rajasthan was concerned about the loss of revenue in July.
“The last videoconference with Prime Minister Modi was on June 17. I will write to the Prime Minister asking him to hold a videoconference with all the chief ministers for two days so that everyone can talk. That way, he will receive comments from states and what help can be provided to states to combat the situation due to the coronavirus, ”Gehlot said.
“We are concerned about the loss of income due to the foreclosure. I do not see it appropriate to impose a foreclosure again. People should follow the guidelines,” he said.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) revenue in July totaled Rs 87,422 crore, 14% lower than last year as economic activities slowed due to the COVID-19 lockdown across the country, the government announced on Saturday.
Gehlot said Rajasthan is tackling COVID-19 in a good way.
“There is no need to fear the coronavirus in the state because the death rate is low in Rajasthan. The cases are increasing because we have increased the tests. Rahul Gandhi asked us in February to increase testing and we did. We test over 50,000 samples of it on a daily basis, ”he said.
As many as 563 new COVID-19 cases and 10 deaths were reported in Rajasthan on Saturday, bringing the state’s total number of coronavirus cases to 42,646, the state’s health department said.
According to official data, the state currently has 11,979 active cases and 29,977 recovered cases. With 10 more deaths, a total of 690 people lost their lives to COVID-19. (ANI)

One important advantage is the speed at which information is sent and received. With the help of the internet, the shopping habits of many persons have drastically changed. The car insurance industry hasn't remained untouched by these changes. On the internet, drivers can compare insurance prices and find out which sellers have the best offers. View photos The advantages of comparing online car insurance quotes are the following: Online quotes can be obtained from anywhere and at any time. Unlike physical insurance agencies, websites don't have a specific schedule and they are available at any time. Drivers that have busy working schedules, can compare quotes from anywhere and at any time, even at midnight. Multiple choices. Almost all insurance providers, no matter if they are well-known brands or just local insurers, have an online presence. Online quotes will allow policyholders the chance to discover multiple insurance companies and check their prices. Drivers are no longer required to get quotes from just a few known insurance companies. Also, local and regional insurers can provide lower insurance rates for the same services. Accurate insurance estimates. Online quotes can only be accurate if the customers provide accurate and real info about their car models and driving history. Lying about past driving incidents can make the price estimates to be lower, but when dealing with an insurance company lying to them is useless. Usually, insurance companies will do research about a potential customer before granting him coverage. Online quotes can be sorted easily. Although drivers are recommended to not choose a policy just based on its price, drivers can easily sort quotes by insurance price. Using brokerage websites will allow drivers to get quotes from multiple insurers, thus making the comparison faster and easier.
