Utah names Chris Armstrong president of hockey operations
Chris Armstrong was named president of hockey operations for the Utah Hockey Club on Tuesday, joining what officially became an NHL franchise on June 13.
Armstrong, no relation to Utah Chief Executive Bill Armstrong, will also serve as deputy governor and handle the operations and ownership of Smith Entertainment Group (SEG).
