THIS IS IN THE COLONIAL MANOR NEIGHBORHOOD BETWEEN 65TH STREET AND POWER INN ROAD. THE CORONERS OFFICE identified the victim as 17-year-old ELIJAH WALLACE. A teenager who was shot and killed earlier this month has been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner's Office. Elijah Wallace, 17, of Rancho Cordova, was killed in a shooting on June 15 along Marin Avenue near 77th Street. Folsom Cordova Unified School District told KCRA 3 Wednesday that Wallace was enrolled in Cordova High School for the upcoming school year and had played soccer for the school in the past. Sacramento police said Wednesday that detectives are still investigating the shooting and are working to identify suspects and a motive. A teenager shot and killed earlier this month has been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner's Office.

Elijah Wallace, 17, of Rancho Cordova, was killed June 15 in a shooting along Marin Avenue near 77th Street.

Folsom Cordova Unified School District told KCRA 3 on Wednesday that Wallace was enrolled at Cordova High School for the upcoming school year and had played football for the school in the past.

Sacramento police said Wednesday that detectives are still investigating the shooting and are working to identify suspects and a motive.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact police.
