Tom Brady suffers defeat in football game ahead of Michael Rubin's annual star-studded 4th of July celebration

For more than two decades, whenever Tom Brady walked off the NFL field, it was usually a victory.

It seems the former football icon failed to show his best game on the beach on July 4.

Brady attended what was considered a friendly soccer game in the Hamptons on Thursday. He was in town for Fanatics CEO and former Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin's annual star-studded white party.

Brady's team faced a team led by Houston Texans quarterback CJ Stroud.

“Brady's team lost 5-4 to CJ's team,” a source said Page Six.

Rubin shared a Instagram Reel on Thursday, which summarized some key moments from the match.

Rapper and music producer Travis Scott, hip-hop star Quavo, Super Bowl champion Odell Beckham Jr., Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin and Dallas Cowboys pass rusher Micah Parsons were spotted brawling on the beach.

“Before White Party Mini Camp: Getting our reps and bodies in order (laughing emoji),” Rubin captioned the post.

“We have players from all levels here,” Brady joked in the segment.

While it was a friendly game, there was likely a level of competition between some of the NFL's best current and former athletes. Hamlin seemed to secure Team Stroud's victory when he intercepted one of Brady's passes.

Every year, Rubin invites hundreds of the biggest names in sports and entertainment to his Hamptons estate for the highly anticipated white party.

Brady also attended the party in 2023. Former New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft also took part in last year's festivities.
