During the National Series, a brand new competition on the calendar, Noah Byrne-Smith (New Malden) finished third in the under-15 boys division with three wins, two losses and eight points.

The two players above him had exactly the same scores, but a slightly better game ratio.

Charlton Ngitnigt was sixth in Division 3 under-15 boys with one win. Francesco Bonato was fourth in Division 2 under-19 boys with two wins.

At the Surrey Annual Meeting, Chris Harper was awarded the Trevor Channing Trophy for his services to the competition.

Goran Maric was awarded the Charles Bourne Trophy for his services to the county and Eunice Lam was awarded the Jim Forest Trophy.
