BOSTON The Boston University women's ice hockey team will begin its 2023-2024 season when it hosts Merrimack on Tuesday (October 1) at Agganis Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 6 p.m

- BU made its debut in 2024 in an exhibition against Concordia and topped the Stingers 4-1.
- The Terriers defeated the Stingers 36 to 19.
- Graduate student Julia Shaunessy and juniors Maeve Carey And Sydney Healey were all +2 in the exhibition with 11 additional Terriers finishing the game +1.
- Senior Christina Stemjuniors Riley Walsh And Luisa Welcke and freshmen Lola Reid all scored in the exhibition.
- BU welcomes eight newcomers this season, including five freshmen, to complete the 25-player roster.
