And while the AFL Grand Final has come and gone for another year, the AFLW is going from strength to strength. Next week is Round 7 – a very special week on the AFLW calendar with the Western Bulldogs playing Essendon at Mission Whitten Oval, the venue of the first Pride game of 2018! Noah Gemmel, chairman of Bulldog pride, the LGBTIQA+ supporters group for the Western Bulldogs joins Game On! to talk about their exciting Pride Round plans! The AFLW Pride Round runs from Tuesday 8e October to Sunday 12e October. Listen and join the crew for the Pride game on Friday 11 October at Whitten Oval. The Western Bulldogs have such a rich history in the AFLW Pride journey since it began in 2018, celebrating Pride every season, with St Kilda and Melbourne taking part in 2020 before expanding to a competition-wide Pride Round in 2021 !
