The 'Together Table Tennis' project is in progress
The ASD Tennistavolo L'Azzurro Molfetta is pleased to announce that it has received funding for the project “Table Tennis Together” after participating in the tender of the Puglia Region “Notice A and D for the promotion of physical – motor – sports activities in the year 2024”.
This project was born from the idea of giving everyone equal access to sports and, above all, allowing girls and boys from Molfetta to perform table tennis activities for free.
With the “Table Tennis Together” project, the association joins the communication campaign against violence against women “TRAIN AGAINST VIOLENCE” and also carries out awareness activities against violence against women through events and meetings in the area.
The driving force of the association are the brothers Nicoletta and Roberto Minervini, who since 1998, the year of birth of the Molfetta association, continue to implement numerous initiatives aimed at the young people of our city, teaching them the Olympic discipline of table tennis. .
Professional teachers, Nicoletta and Roberto are technicians of the Italian Table Tennis Federation with the qualification of Coach, as well as Paralympic technicians; in this competitive season 2024-2025 they follow the L'Azzurro Molfetta teams playing in the National Championship of the Women's Serie B, Serie C2, D1 and D2 for Men.
