There are no major surprise injuries for Ohio State entering the College Football Playoff quarterfinal with Oregon. The only regular contributors listed on the Buckeyes' availability report are center Seth McLaughlin and left tackle Josh Simmons, both of whom suffered injuries during the regular season.

The only new addition to the status report is walk-on safety Brenten InkyJones, who has contributed on special teams for the Buckeyes. Walk-on quarterback MasonMaggs was listed as out against Tennessee in Ohio State's last game and is now out for the season per the Oregon status report. Maggs has played once this season against Western Michigan in Week 2.

Ohio State will plan to use the same lineup on the offensive line that it used against the Volunteers with McLaughlin and Simmons continuing to be absent. Donovan Jackson starts at left tackle, Carson Hinzman at center and Josh Fryar at right tackle, while Austin Siereveld, Tegra Tshabola and Luke Montgomery rotate at guard. Montgomery is expected to play exclusively at left guard and Tshabola exclusively at right guard, while Siereveld swings between the two spots.

The Buckeyes and Ducks kick off at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, 2:00 PM local time from the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. The winner of their rematch in the CFP quarterfinals will advance to face the winner of Texas and Arizona State in the CFP semifinals in the Cotton Bowl.
