There's a new No. 1 on the HNIB News Massachusetts Boys Division 2 Top 10 Tewksbury (6-0-1) takes over first place. The Redman had a big week with a convincing win over Boston Latin and a draw with Concord-Carlisle to remain undefeated. The Redmen host Boston Latin in a rematch on Wednesday.

#2 Woburn (5-1-0) slip one down after their first loss to Reading. The Tanners host Plymouth North on Wednesday.

#3 Billerica (7-0-0) remains red hot with wins this week over Wilmington and Central Catholic. The Indians host Arlington Catholic on Wednesday in what should be a great game.

It will come in at number 4 Concord-Carlisle (5-1-1). The Patriots earned the tie with Tewksbury on a late goal. They host North Andover on Wednesday in an MVC/Dual County game.

#5 Canton (6-1-1) moves up one spot after a pair of solid wins over Franklin this weekend. They have Taunton (Thursday) and Olive Ames (Saturday).

#6 Norwood (4-1-0) suffered their first loss to Walpole earlier this week, but the Mustangs redeemed themselves with a 3-2 victory over Hopkinton. They will next take on Medfield.

#7 Boston Latin (4-1-1) lost to Tewksbury to start the week, but got back in the win column Saturday by beating Newton South. The Wolfpack have the rematch with Tewksbury on Wednesday.

Milton (2-1-5) remains at #8 after tying with both Nauset and Braintree this week. They have Needham (Wednesday) and Natick (Saturday), a pair of tough D1 foes.

After losing their first two games to start the season, came newcomer #9 Walpole have gone 3-0-1 in their last four, most recently beating Needham. This week they host Weymouth and Wellesley.

Newcomer completes this week's top 10 in Division 2 Whitman-Hanson (3-1-2). They get a big win over Duxbury and a draw against Hanover. The Panthers want to keep things going with Plymouth South and Pembroke coming up.
