DU Womens Tennis unveils 2025 dual schedule
DENVER The University of Denver women's tennis team has unveiled its 2025 head coach dual schedule Paul Wardlaw announced on Tuesday.
Denver will host a total of 19 duals starting in January, six of which will be held at home.
DU will also host the 2025 Summit League Men's and Women's Tennis Championships at the Denver Tennis Park on April 18-19, 2025. It will be the first time since 2021 that Denver will host the tournament and will do so with both the men like the guys from Denver. and women's teams as defending champions.

Denver's schedule is booked with two road trips, with all six home games taking place back-to-back in February and early March. The year starts with a seven-game road trip before DU ends the regular season back on the road with its final six games away from Denver.
In the middle of the two road trips, there will be a six-game home slate at Denver Tennis Park, starting with the home opener against BYU on Feb. 15. DU's final home day during the regular season will be a Summit League meeting against St. Thomas on March 8.
The Pioneers will face five Power-4 teams and three from the Ivy League in dual match play. Nine of his opponents finished the 2023-2024 season in the final ITA national rankings, including the first two games of the year at No. 71 Colorado and against No. 46 TCU during the ITA Kickoff Weekend, hosted by 2024 NCAA national champion Texas A&M, on January 24-25.
The dual schedule also includes trips to No. 21 San Diego, No. 35 Baylor, No. 41 Harvard, No. 45 Columbia and No. 54 San Diego State. DU will also host No. 38 BYU at Denver Tennis Park.
Denver is coming off his 10th yeare-a straight NCAA Tournament appearance after continuing the streak of winning the Summit League regular season and tournament crowns in every season since joining the League in 2013-14.
The University of Denver women's tennis team recently completed its 2024 fall season at the NCAA Division I Singles & Doubles Championships, where seniors Andrea Burguete Beltran advanced to the round of 32. She finished the fall ranked No. 93 in singles and joins doubles partner Marley Lambertand DU juniors Claudia Martinez de Velasco And Louise Wikander in doubles.
Including Lambert, DU welcomes five newcomers to the 2025 roster, including junior transfers Hana Becirovic Novakand freshmen Natalia Cinkova, Natali Jaiani And Remy Nguyen.
