Free fitness open day at Bracknell Leisure Centre
Start your fitness goals with a free fitness open day at Bracknell Leisure Center on Saturday 25 January, 10am to 4pm.
The center is run by Everyone Active in partnership with Bracknell Forest Council and offers a wide range of free fitness activities on the day, including:
- table tennis
- badminton
- pickle
- body fight
- hatha yoga flow
- dance fitness
- body attack
- body pump
- body balance
In addition, free spa and gym sessions are available, giving you the chance to take part in fitness challenges and win prizes.
Cllr Iskandar Jefferies, Cabinet Member for Leisure, Culture, Public Protection and Democracy, said:
This free open day is the perfect chance to see the fantastic facilities at Bracknell Leisure Centre, some of which were updated last year.
