Ernesto Ruy and Santiago Valle Nab Atlantic 10 Mens Tennis Weekly Honors
WASHINGTON Saint Joseph's second -year Ernesto Ruy and freshmen Santiago Valle Were the Atlantic 10's Tennis Player and Rookie of the Week respectively announced, the League Office announced on Wednesday morning.
Ruy went 3-0 on Saturday when the Hawks Le Moyne, 4-1, and Coppin State defeated, 7-0. Ruy played on number two, beat Le Moyne's Adrian Daniel in right sets before he drove past the hard Kheterpal of Coppin State in the second game of the day.
