It seems that it seems as if there has not been much different than the rumor that I have heard – that the heart of the center of Manchester is about to have his most visible change since the establishment of new homes and commercial units on 12 Summer Street.
The rumor that is being built are two houses with one residence to replace freight unlimited – straight in the core of the city and a good percentage of the entire commercial district of the city. The developers have said that they will propose plans that fall under permitted use and conditions, so that no public assessment is activated.
Apart from the obvious curiosity to know what is planned, various questions present themselves for which the city dwellers need answers from the city government.
Is there a city -wide vision for a lively city center?
What is the best use of this space to create this vision?
Is this vision contrary to the developer's plans?

The city has a leverage to involve the developers in supporting their project the idea of a lively center.
With a collaborative prospect and whatever leverage it has, has the city talked to the developers about the possibility of adding multiple residential units that are mixed with commercial space?
