The Terrigal property of cricket star Alyssa Healy's parents, Greg and Sandy Healy, sold for $ 3.2 million.

Sold via Stuart Gan of Central Coast Realty, the house was purchased by a local professional couple who plans to live on the property.

Alyssa and her husband, Australian fast-pitcher Mitchell Starc, regularly visit the Terrigal property.

With an ocean backdrop, the multi-level family home at 40 Barnhill Rd includes five bedrooms, a pool, spa, gym, and entertainment terraces.

The house has been regularly visited by Alyssa, who plays for the Australian National Women's Team and New South Wales in domestic cricket and her Australian husband, the speed pitcher Mitchell Starc.
