Alex De Minaur on life in Spain during the coronavirus lockdown
Australian tennis star Alex de Minaur informed fans of the evolution of his life, forced to stay indoors during the coronavirus lock in Spain.
De Minaur is currently locked up in Alicante, a port city on the southeast coast of Spain, after deciding to visit family members when the Indian Wells tournament was postponed earlier in March.
Just days after his visit, the Spanish government closed its borders due to the rapid increase in cases of infection, leaving the 21-year-old young man with no other place to go than to stay put.
The total number of coronavirus cases in Spain has already exceeded 85,000, with more than 7,000 confirmed deaths.
De Minaur shows ‘crazy wheels’
Admitting that he started losing him after just two days, the Australian tennis star used the popular social media app “ TikTok ” for entertainment during the tough times.
“Obviously I was alone, so I had to make new friends,” said De Minaur.
