We analyzed the 100 best players from the last four 247Sports composite recruiting classes and 250 of the best players returning to college in 2020 to judge the talent of the home states of the players.

Eight of the 10 representatives ofthere is a seasonare back, and the first five states are the same, although there are changes near the top. Ohio has seen a massive drop in talent, so it's no longer on the list.
