Drag Racers Enjoy Summer Madness at Tri-State Raceway

EARLVILLE, Iowa (KCRG) – Sick Summer will be hosting drag and drive events at race tracks across the Midwest.

Hundreds of streetcars cruising the area were stopped at Tri-State Raceway in Earlville on Wednesday, spewing smoke and burning tires.

“It feels like a Saturday,” Bailey said, standing in a packed parking lot, even though it's actually a Wednesday.

Bailey founded Sick the Mag, an event that focuses on the drug and driving scene, and Sick Summer 2024, now in its second year, is an extension of that goal.
