Google TV currently has over 130 free channels

Google TV launched its catalog of free channels last year and has continued to grow since then. Recently, Google has launched even more free channels, which now total more than 130 free streaming channels.

Google TV's “FAST” free, ad-supported TV channels are one of the biggest draws for the platform. You can watch over 800 channels on your streaming box or TV set, with no login or setup required. However, only a portion of those channels are from Google. At launch, there were around 80 channels available.

As of June 2024, the total number exceeds 130.

Google TV's latest free channel offering, spotted by StreamingBetter, includes 10 new channels. The latest additions include:

This batch brings the total to 132, up from the previous November check-in total of 117. Several other items were quietly added in March 2024 as well.

Google TV continues to be committed to these channels: Last month, Google announced a new ad network for its free channels, and Walmart's latest Google TV streaming box even has a dedicated remote control button for these free channels.
