Claire Mauro, director of litigation and e-discovery services, says evaluation and intent are especially important when selecting generative AI and machine learning tools, which are seen as “game-changers” for the legal industry. Because customer information is highly sensitive, it's important that this data isn't used to train large-scale AI language models.
