Google recently confirmed that it will launch its Pixel 9 smartphone series on August 13 this year, just a month before Apple unveils its iPhone lineup this year. The Pixel 9 lineup has been leaked multiple times over the past few months, but a new video circulating on the internet shows off the smartphone in all its glory.

An unofficial hands-on video posted by @hanibioudon X shows a pink Pixel 9, which could be the “Peony Pink” from a leak that surfaced back in May this year.

The video shows that the pink Pixel 9 device has flatter edges than its predecessor, but Google appears to have rounded the corners. The phone isn't powered on in the video, so this is most likely a dummy phone in the wild. The post also suggests that the Pixel 9 will come with 256GB of storage.

The video confirms previous claims that the Pixel 9 series will have a redesigned camera bar: instead of stretching to the left and right of the frame, it now has a round, pill-like shape to match the Pixel Fold's camera island.

As expected, the Pixel 9 will likely be powered by the Tensor G4 chipset, which may not offer any significant performance boost compared to Google's current-gen chipsets.

Rumors suggest that the regular compact Pixel 9 will have a 6.24-inch screen, 12GB of RAM, and a dual camera setup without a telephoto lens.
