He filmed a unique experiment designed to find out what BBC Panorama was all about. Wendy Bendel’s partner died after 20 years of struggling with gambling addiction. In a confession he wrote to Wendy, he found a high-frequency fixed-term betting company (FOBT) in high-stakes bookmakers found in UK librarians. These machines offer games a chance, and combine great potential stakes with the chance to win by 20 seconds.
