Myanmar camps were built in villages destroyed by the Rohingya – BBC News
The last attempt to return the Myanmar to Rohingya refugees failed because none of the 3,450 people admitted to return accepted it. In 2017, more than 700,000 Rohingya fled Myanmar in a military operation.
The United Nations has described it as an “ethnic cleansing of textbooks”. Myanmar (also known as Burma) has denied large-scale killings by its forces. He says he is prepared to receive a large number of returns. To show this, journalists, including the BBC, were invited to view their facilities.
