Coronavirus: N.Ireland blockade eased more than the rest of the UK – BBC News

Northern Ireland has decided to calm down more than anywhere else in the UK, despite strict rules on controlling coronaviruses beforehand. There will be a maximum of six people to meet outdoors in Northern Ireland. Driving in church services and cinemas will also be allowed.

The Scottish government has made it clear that there will be no restrictions for a long time.

In England the government has said it wants many primary school children to return to their classes in early June. But the details that would work are not yet clear and are against many teachers and parents.

Research by the Institute for Tax Research has found that children in households with fewer families spend much less time in educational activities while they are in a state of lockdown at home.
