A 24-year-old man wearing a Joker costume attacked passengers on the Tokyo train line on Sunday afternoon. 17 people were injured while attending the Halloween festivities in the city. Witnesses say the suspect was wearing a green shirt and a purple suit. He poured a clean liquid around the wagon and turned it on.
