They have identified a suspicious shooting in Texas

Dimitrios Pagourtzis, 17, has been identified as a suspect in a Texas institute shooting that left 10 people dead, County Sheriff Henry Trochesset Galveston said.

Pagourtzis is in custody for non-arrest capital killings. He can continue to charge more, the sheriff said.
