Pandemic cancels Kobe Luminary for the second year in a row; An alternate event was held in 7 locations

KOBE – An alternative lighting event reduced to the annual Kobe Luminarie, which has been canceled for the second year in a row due to the coronavirus pandemic, is being held at seven locations in Chuo Ward, this city in western Japan.
