The Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Institute recorded a slightly stronger earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1

A 3.7-magnitude earthquake was felt by residents across Israel on Saturday night in the Jordan Valley.

According to the Israel Geological Survey, the earthquake struck approximately 10 miles northeast of Beit She’an, south of the Sea of ​​Galilee.

No injuries or damage were reported.

“I felt a strong earthquake again. The sofa was moving. Feeling helpless,” Dana, a resident of Nahariya in northern Israel, told Ynetnews.

A Nazareth resident said, “The house was moving. I was in front of the computer and the chair was shaking.”

People from the coastal city of Tel Aviv to the southern city of Beersheba in the Negev desert were also reported to be terrified.

The earthquake came about two weeks after a strong earthquake off the coast of Cyprus was felt by the residents of Israel.
