A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck northwest of Los Angeles this evening, prompting the National Weather Service’s Tsunami Warning Center in Palmer, Alaska to issue a tsunami information statement. The earthquake hit the Santa Paula area of ​​Ventura County, which is about 65 miles from downtown Los Angeles. The earthquake struck at a depth of 25.9 km.
