Russian forces surrounding the port city south of Mariupol have destroyed a maternity hospital, Ukraine said. Staff members and women working in the center were among the injured, authorities said. President Volodymyr Zelensky said the children were under the rubble and called on Western leaders to establish a no-fly zone.
