The death of an African-American man in police custody has sparked general protests, urging the U.S. Congress to overhaul reforms on police brutality and “stop the pain.”

Philonise Floyd heard at home that her brother George could not become “another name on the list.”

“Be this country, this world needs it,” Floydre said.

George Floyd died in Minneapolis in May when a white police officer held one knee to his neck for nearly nine minutes.

The last moments were filmed on the phones. Four police officers involved have been charged and charged in connection with his death.
