The 24-year-old black man, who was arrested in London last month after being apprehended by police, believes he was his color and is being targeted. Jordan Walker-Brown fell off the wall as police chased him, damaging his spinal cord. A metropolitan police officer is a criminal investigator. The case highlights more and more of the misuse of black men’s tasers. Data from the Home Office in England and Wales show that appraisers have been used 22,000 times a year until March 2019.
