Pence paints a misleading picture as Covid’s condition worsens

The U.S. set a one-day record for new cases of coronavirus. More than half of the states were seeing increases in the rate of new cases. Several states had a record for coronavirus hospitalizations. Texas announced a few hours earlier that it would have to close its bar service again. Vice President Mike Pence has told Americans that things are going well. At a press conference on Friday, the White House coronaviro team, the first in nearly two months, said that the head of the Pence group was painting Pence as the elegant figure of a country returning safely and normally. It was a picture that matched reality. Leaving the information critical, Pence presented a nicer version of Plythe, which was a hallmark of previous interviews that didn’t call for Friday’s session. “Despite what you have heard, we are in the midst of a public health catastrophe,” CNN’s chief medical correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, said on the air after the information. #Pence #CNN #Notes.
