Russell currently works as an assistant for the Toronto football team and was the head coach of Renault’s 1868 USL Championship from 2017-20, going 64-25-27. Razov currently works as an assistant at LAFC, but he began training with the Sounders as an assistant under Sigi Schmid and Schmetzer from 2015 to 2016.
