Robbie Williams and Ida Fields revealed that they were threatened with beheading while working for a charity in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake.

The couple, who married in the same year, recalled their ordeal in return postage podcast cards from the edge.

“I have received the threat of beheading in Haiti,” said Ruby. ‘We used to go there to help.

I was like, “Should we go to the next street next?” Looking back, it was scary.

“I was with you, and I was also threatening to behead me too,” added Aida, who has four children with Ruby.

The couple traveled to Haiti after a 7.0-magnitude earthquake was destroyed in the Caribbean nation a decade ago.

They worked with UNICEF and Ruby spent two days in the coastal city of Jacmel, witnessing chaos directly.

An estimated 250,000 people have been killed, according to the international humanitarian organization World Vision, while about 1.5 million people have lost their homes.

Speaking at that time, Robbie is told about the devastation he found on the island.

He said: “As we walked around Jacmel on the first day, it was hard to explain in words the tremendous and devastating effect that the earthquake had in a clear way – it is a completely different turn from what I had imagined I would see.”

“It was almost unbelievable, like a movie set. Cars were completely crushed – some are still coming out from under the buildings that fell over them.
