The earthquake in Zagreb, which struck in March this year, caused a great deal of turbulence in the Croatian capital and tram lines are far from immune to it. Final work on regular maintenance of tram tracks in the central square is still going on, but it will no longer affect the use of tram lines in those areas, as has been the case since the earthquake occurred earlier this year.
