Inside Aleppo: a new life in a deadly city (2016)

Filmmaker Waad Al Katib is based in Aleppo to document the suffering of the people who were trapped in the siege and his usual bombing.

This film shows a pregnant woman [Mayissa] who was injured in a nine-month-old childhood in one of those plane crashes. It is the phenomenal dedication and skill of poorly equipped doctors and nurses in city hospitals, both to save themselves and to fight the lives of their children.
