The school shooter has released a "911 call from the past."
Nikolas Cruz killed 17 people at his first institute in Florida on Feb. 14, when law enforcement received several calls from people exposed to youth guns and violent behavior. A caller said Cruz was planning to "shoot" an unnamed school.
