Leaders of developing and geographically vulnerable countries are concerned that financial support for the COP27 climate conference could drop. By the end of the conference, it was expected that talks on a fund for countries most affected by climate change events such as floods would have been agreed. However, no agreement has yet been reached with Christian Aid, with the US saying it has been one of the biggest countries to reject the plans presented.
