Social distance of one meter – what is it like? – BBC News

The UK government advises people to work on social distance, but distance varies depending on where you live. In Scotland and England it is now allowed to be socially allowed at a distance of “one meter plus”, but the recommendation is to still be able to stick to two meters to protect against catching coronaviruses. The Welsh advice should always stick to two meters, but in Northern Ireland a social distance of one meter is allowed. But it can be hard to know what it looks like.
