An earthquake was felt in parts of Pakistan

Islamabad:

A 6.0-magnitude earthquake jolted Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Murree and Upper Neelum Valley on Sunday. No loss of life or property was reported.

According to the National Seismological Center in Islamabad, the epicenter of the quake was the Tajikistan border and struck 223 kilometers underground. Earthquakes were felt by residents in the areas of Sharda, Kil, Helmet, Dathniyal and Sheikh Bella in the upper Neelum Valley.

And in the areas where the earthquake was felt most acutely, people went out of their homes to pray for safety.

Earlier this year, a 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck parts of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killing at least two people and injuring 180 others.
