A 5.4 magnitude earthquake strikes Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte

A 5.4-magnitude earthquake struck Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte on Wednesday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.

The earthquake, which was recorded at 12:05 p.m., was of tectonic origin. Its effects were felt all the way to neighboring provinces such as Ilocos Sur, Cagayan, and Isabela.
