Isaias near the force of the hurricane as it crawls towards Carolina

Isaias was simply terrified of a Category 1 storm with maximum sustained winds at 70 km (110 km per hour), according to the National Council of Hurricane Centers 2 in the morning. A Category 1 hurricane has winds of 74 to 95 mph (119-153 km / h).
